Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1999, following her graduation in law from King’s College London and the completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Store Street. She has specialised in employment law since 2000 and prior to joining Axiom Stone in April 2018 worked at top-tier ranked firms and in-house for Government. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Rachel advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, but her particular expertise includes:
Rachel has a particular interest in claims that involve discrimination, harassment, breach of contract and professional discipline and is always keen to provide her advice in the most cost effective way she can. In appropriate cases she is willing to consider alternative funding arrangements including no win no fee agreements and legal insurance-backed cover.
Outside of work Rachel enjoys cycling, travel, film and eating out, not necessarily in that order!
