A leading and growing law firm has become associated with the frontline fight against COVID-19.
Axiom Stone Solicitors is acting for British company EcoHydra Technologies Ltd which produces a popular hand hygiene range.
With the pandemic outbreak in March, EcoHydra were among the first manufacturers to receive independent laboratory verification for its antimicrobial/antiviral products as effective against all coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2, the virus behind the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Approved by the NHS, the alcohol-free range of hand sanitisers protects for up to four hours and is used in hospitals, schools, nursing homes and opticians.
They are also being supplied to retail outlets (such as Boots and Amazon), food manufacturers and large restaurant chains, along with exporting to international markets.
Axiom Stone’s team, led by Chairman Jonathan Metliss and Claudine Lawrence, Corporate and Commercial, is advising EcoHydra on terms and conditions and a non-disclosure agreement.
Jonathan says: “At such an important time, we are delighted to be acting for long-standing clients EcoHydra whose products are at the forefront of the British public’s fight against the virus pandemic. Acting for market leaders EcoHydra reflects the quality of corporate clients who instruct us.”
Claudine says: “It was a pleasure to advise EcoHydra, whose superior hand hygiene products are in great demand in the important battle against COVID-19.”
Clifton Melvin, Chairman of EcoHydra, says: “This is a significant product in the fight against coronavirus and demand for this has never been higher. We are delighted by the service provided by Axiom Stone and their commitment to this project,”
