At Axiom Stone we have a specialist regulatory department that comprises experts in health and safety, environmental, trading standards, food safety and the Healthcare Professions Council.
Acting for corporate clients, insurers, local authorities and other public bodies, the team provides advice and support on all aspects of health and safety and contentious environmental issues.
Regulations are complex and ever-changing, which is why we have a hands-on approach to all cases. We take the view that it we defend effectively without understanding our client's business and have the resource to provide immediate advice whenever and wherever needed.
Regulatory litigation experts are available to undertake an initial risk/reward analysis of a potential dispute at an early stage. Investigations can be lengthy, guiding clients through all stages of an investigation, whether or not it leads to prosecution, the team provides practical and pragmatic advice. In many cases our experts work with clients to complete a report on what went wrong and steps to be implemented going forward. These reports have been used proactively to side-step prosecution.
